We’re excited to share with you images of O Z Collaborative’s new studio space. The scope of work involved complete renovation of an abandoned commercial property to new office space and a third floor residential apartment unit. This building is located in the heart of the Baltimore Avenue Commercial Corridor and within the West Philadelphia Streetcar Suburb Historic District.
The first two floors were developed for the architectural design studio with an open flexible floor plan for individual work spaces, a conference room, rest rooms, and a kitchenette. The third floor is a two bedroom apartment.
Renovation of the 3,500 SF space was completed fall 2018.
