Architectural Designer

Carolyn Crego is an Architectural Designer at O Z Collaborative and has been an integral team member since 2020. A graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Architecture, Carolyn is currently pursuing licensure while bringing creativity, technical rigor, and a strong sense of purpose to her work. She plays a key role in both project production and management, collaborating closely with consultants and project teams to develop responsive, well-considered design solutions using both 2D and 3D tools.

Carolyn has developed expertise in multifamily residential design, with a passionate focus on affordable and nonprofit housing. Her leadership in this impactful sector has earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike, as she continues to shape projects that reflect a deep commitment to equity and community. Beyond her project work, she actively contributes to firm-wide initiatives around sustainability, office culture, and design standards, helping advance O Z Collaborative's values through both daily practice and long-term vision.

Outside the office, Carolyn volunteers her expertise in historic preservation and facility improvements through her church community. She finds joy in cooking and experimenting with new recipes, exploring Philadelphia's diverse restaurant scene, hiking, and traveling internationally. Whether at work or in her personal life, Carolyn draws inspiration from discovering new places, cultures, and ideas.
