Nate Stoner-Hoffman, R.A. is an Associate and Director of Digital Operations at O Z Collaborative, where he has been an integral part of the team since 2013. A graduate of Drexel University, Nate launched his architectural career through Drexel's 2+4 program, gaining valuable hands-on experience early in his professional development. Now a licensed architect, he brings a distinctive blend of design expertise and technical fluency to every project.
In his dual role, Nate provides strategic oversight, optimization, and daily management of all digital aspects of the firm. Beyond managing the firm’s building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, he maintains consistency and quality in construction documentation while ensuring staff stay current with evolving technologies and workflows. His expertise in 3D visualization tools enables him to create compelling renderings that help clients explore and understand design options with clarity and confidence.
Nate's project portfolio spans institutional, residential, and commercial sectors, where he applies his detail-oriented and collaborative approach to both design and execution. Known for his calm leadership and technical precision, he serves as a trusted resource throughout the firm.
Outside the office, Nate's problem-solving mindset extends to his personal interests, whether tackling complex jigsaw puzzles, strategizing in PC games with friends, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
