Strawberry Mansion High School underwent comprehensive renovations to modernize its educational facilities, expand career and technical education opportunities, and improve building performance throughout the 300,000-square-foot campus. O Z Collaborative led extensive architectural and infrastructure upgrades that introduced new academic and technical learning environments while improving classrooms, shared spaces, and accessibility. Interior renovations included a new library, computer lab, culinary arts classrooms, and upgrades to standard classrooms, the auditorium, and common areas. A major component of the project was the creation of a new Culinary Arts Suite designed to support career and technical education focused on cooking and restaurant service. The suite includes a state-of-the-art instructional kitchen, skills laboratory, and dining area supported by extensive utility infrastructure upgrades.

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the building were modernized to improve performance and operational reliability. Exterior improvements included masonry repairs and window replacement to address long-term building conditions. Accessibility upgrades were incorporated throughout the project to improve ADA compliance and support equitable access for students and staff. The renovation strengthens the school’s academic and technical education programs while modernizing a significant educational facility serving the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood.
