Temple University sought to update the Klein Hall Moot Courtroom to support contemporary legal education and experiential learning at the Beasley School of Law. The existing space required improvements in functionality, flexibility, and technology to accommodate mock trials, lectures, and hybrid instruction.

O Z Collaborative renovated the courtroom to create a flexible, technology-enabled environment that supports a range of academic and public uses. The design improves sightlines, circulation, and the relationship between participants, reinforcing the structure of courtroom proceedings.Advanced audiovisual systems were integrated to support presentations, recording, and remote participation. Interior finishes, lighting, and acoustical treatments were carefully coordinated to enhance clarity, durability, and user comfort.

The renewed courtroom provides a professional and adaptable setting that strengthens advocacy training and supports evolving modes of legal instruction.
