Tim Nelson-Pyne
Architectural Designer
Tim Nelson-Pyne is an Architectural Designer at OZ Collaborative who brings a thoughtful, tech-forward approach to every project. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Architecture, they are particularly interested in the intersection of sustainability, design, and emerging technologies. Tim has hands-on experience with energy modeling software such as CoveTool and enjoys exploring how AI and data-driven tools can enhance early-stage design decisions, improve building performance, and support environmentally responsible outcomes. Their collaborative mindset and curiosity make them a valuable contributor to both conceptual development and technical execution.
Beyond architecture, Tim channels their creativity into music, DJing and producing techno in their free time. They also enjoy relaxing with their cat, Concrete, who keeps them company during late-night mixing sessions.
