We partnered with lead architect, ZGF Architects on the design and development of this 15-story, 355,700 SF mixed-use building, home to offices, laboratories, and maker spaces for technology, biotech, and entrepreneurial ventures. The project extends the University City Science Center’s campus westward to 38th Street, strengthening its role as a hub for innovation.

O Z Collaborative contributed to the design and documentation of core building elements, including restrooms, the loading dock, and stair towers. Our scope also encompassed code analysis, LEED Gold certification documentation, and construction administration.

Located in the heart of University City, our proximity to the site fostered strong working relationships with Drexel University, Wexford Science & Technology, and other key stakeholders ensuring a collaborative process and a successful project delivery.
