The Center for Applied Research (CFAR), a management consulting firm, required a new office environment to support its growth and evolving workplace needs. The process began with evaluating multiple potential locations to identify a space that could accommodate flexibility, collaboration, and client engagement. O Z Collaborative conducted test fits and preliminary layouts across several sites, allowing CFAR to assess spatial performance and select a location within Penn Center. This analysis ensured that the chosen space aligned with both operational and cultural goals.

Following site selection, the office was designed to support a range of work modes. The layout integrates open work areas, meeting rooms, and informal gathering spaces, allowing for both focused work and collaboration. Contemporary detailing and a cohesive color palette reflect the firm’s identity while maintaining a professional and adaptable environment. Visual connections between spaces enhance openness, while careful planning preserves privacy where needed. The project provides a flexible workplace that supports CFAR’s continued growth and evolving work patterns.
