Kensington Health Sciences Academy expanded its career and technical education programs with the creation of a new dental education suite designed to support healthcare training and clinical instruction. O Z Collaborative transformed approximately 2,100 square feet of former culinary arts space into a modern instructional environment that includes a dental demonstration laboratory and theory classroom. The renovation supports both hands-on technical training and academic learning within a cohesive educational setting.

The project required demolition and removal of existing kitchen infrastructure, reconfiguration of interior spaces, and installation of new casework, shelving, and specialty dental equipment. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and dental systems were carefully coordinated to support the operational requirements of a clinical education environment. Additional work included preparation and renovation of wall, floor, and ceiling surfaces, along with roof investigation and repairs to address existing building conditions. The completed facility provides students with a contemporary healthcare training environment that strengthens career pathways in dental and health sciences education.
