The project involved the installation of a 2,100 SF dental education suite, including a demonstration lab and a theory classroom, in a space that was previously used as a culinary arts lab. The multi-prime construction included demolition of kitchen-related equipment; reconfiguration of the spaces; preparation of new and existing wall, floor, and ceiling surfaces; installation of new casework and shelving; roof investigation and repair; and coordination of specialty equipment installation with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and dental equipment contractors.
